Beyond 2020: Sustaining the future of asset management

As we move beyond 2020, asset management has a critical role to play in economic and social recovery. We need to make best use of the resources we have to create the future we want.

Value creation is central to asset management, and creating value with limited resources is essential to a positive future.

Beyond 2020, what we create is more important than what we own. Value is created in exchange. My paper for AMPEAK presents a model for value creation beyond 2020, which recognises the changed imperatives and maps a path for asset management to take a leading role in guiding recovery, building resilience, and sustaining the future.
