Once we’ve created a solution, there needs to be a market for it. This could be either an internal or external market, for products, services or ideas. If there’s no market, there’s no solution.
Mastering markets is an essential business skill and as you move into leading teams. As you progress in your career it’s also improtant that you understand the market for your own skills and that you can master your own mind to meet the challengers that leadership presents.
