Kate Clark founded Clark & Associates Mediation Services in 2017 after a career in criminal defence and family law, with a view to offering specialised mediation services across a wide variety of areas.

Kate’s firm offers specialised mediation services in Family Dispute Resolution including child-inclusive mediation with Clinical Psychologists, Restorative Justice Mediation, Workplace Disputes, Neighbourhood Disputes, Commercial Disputes, and Redress Scheme Direct Personal Response Facilitations.

Kate Clark holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology), is a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Nationally Accredited Mediator. She has a background in criminal defence and family law and was celebrated for her influence and impact in the Year101 Women in Law Initiative by the Women’s Law Association of Queensland.
